Billing FAQs
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is a fully functional account with 5 WTNs per month, 1 admin user, and core features. No credit card is required to sign up. Use it for as long as you like — ideal for small sites or trialling the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Direct Debit via GoCardless. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront and offer a 10% discount but can be cancelled with effect from the end of the annual period.
